North Fork River Cabin Rentals
The Log Cabin
Rate: $225 per night
Nestled up on the hillside away from the crowd but still located on the campground is a great option for your medium sized group . It sleeps 8 people with three beds upstairs in a loft type area and a pull out in the living room. It also has air conditioning, a full kitchen, bathroom, and linens. It has a ladder-type staircase up to the open loft bedroom. There is a two night minimum stay in the log cabin.
The River Cabin
Rate: $125 per night
Located currently next to RV site 7, we have taken our old store building and turned it into a little river sleeper cabin. This sleeps 4 people with one queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds. It also had air conditioning, a mini fridge, trash can, picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill. There is a two night minimum stay in the river cabin on weekends.
The Lodge at Trout Island
Rate: $550 per night
located less than a mile downstream from Sunburst Ranch, it sleeps 15 with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It comes equipped with full linens, fully functional kitchen, satellite T.V., washer/dryer, and a wrap around deck that overlooks the river. There is a two night minimum stay at the Lodge.
The Landing
Rate: $375 per night
Located one half mile above Dawt Mill on a private stretch of the river. It sleeps 10 with 2 beds upstairs, one bedroom downstairs and two pull outs in the living room. It has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and linens. It also has a washer and dryer, deck and beautiful gravel bar located on a great stretch of the river. This is where we will be taking our boats out so there will be traffic in the afternoon as we pick up our floaters. There is a two night minimum stay at the Landing.
The Roosevelt
Rate: $125 per night
Located in the campground is our newly remodeled 2-man camper. This camper has a queen sized bed, A/C, kitchen table, basic cooking utensils, mini fridge, oven, cook-top, sink, toilet, charcoal BBQ pit, fire pit, and picnic table outside. This is a great option if you’re looking for comfortable lodging for two. It’s an easy walk to the shower house in the campground. There is a 2-night minimum stay during the summer months in the Roosevelt, along with a $75 deposit to hold.
The Skipper
Rate: $75 per night
Located in the campground is our newly remodeled 2-man camper. This camper has a full sized bed, A/C, kitchen table, coffee maker/cups, mini fridge, charcoal BBQ pit, fire pit, and picnic table outside. This is a great option if your looking for a roof over your head and a controlled climate at night for sleeping, but still enjoy the comforts of camping cooking. There is a water hookup outside for doing dishes. It’s an easy walk to the bathrooms and shower house in the campground. There is a 2-night minimum stay during the summer months in the Skipper, along with a one night deposit to hold.
The Hanger
Rate: $450 per night
A renovated airplane hangar located on our airstrip. It takes less than 5 minutes to drive to the river but you never actually leaver Sunburst property. It has 4 air conditioned bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and a full sized bed. One room has a queen sized bed and a set of twin bunks. All of the rooms have a mini fridge. It sleeps up to 16 people. It has two bathrooms and a kitchenette with a stove/oven, a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. The hangar also has a pool table, basketball hoop, and a bar area with couches for hanging out. Outside there is a fire pit and charcoal grill. If you want to be alone with your group this is a great place to stay. There is a two night minimum stay in the hangar during season. We do not provide linens or cooking utensils in the hangar.
The Overlook Cabin
Rate: $525 per night
Our newest addition is located next to the Memories Made cabin and near Dawt Mill. It sleeps 14 with 4 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 full beds. It has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and linens. It also has a washer and dryer, WiFi, fire pit, charcoal grill, deck over looking the river, and is completely handicap accessible. There is no direct water access at this cabin, but beautiful views overlooking the North Fork. There is a two night minimum stay at the Overlook.
The Memories Made Cabin
Rate: $425 per night
With beautiful views of the river and great privacy located just past the landing and near Dawt Mill. It sleeps 13 with 4 queen beds and 5 twin beds. There are three bedrooms downstairs. One has one queen, one has two queens and one has two twins. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other has three twin beds. It has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and linens. There is no direct water access to this cabin, but great views of the river. Outside there is a fire pit and charcoal grill. There is a two night minimum stay at the Memories Made Cabin.
Reservations
We try to keep the calendar up to date but can’t guarantee vacancy.
We require a $200 deposit up front to reserve any cabin. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. The Sunburst Cabin Rental Agreement must also be signed at the time of booking.
PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABINS
Check-in time 3:00pm, check-out 11:00 unless prior arrangements have been made. We require a two night minimum with the exception of the off season.
PET POLICY: Pets will be allowed in the Log Cabin & Landing for a $50 charge. We will allow pets in the Lodge for a $125 fee. One pet only allowed in the Skipper & Roosevelt for a $20 cleaning fee. If the pet destroys anything in any of the cabins or excessive cleaning needs to be done due to the pet you will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee or replacement cost of the destroyed item. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet.
